Hi! I’m Teacher Dax! If you want to have good and serious, yet fun and witty English conversations, then I am the teacher for you.

Born in Manila, Philippines, English wasn’t my first language. But at the tender age of 4, I became obsessed with Sesame Street and that paved the way for my interest with American TV and culture. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and have worked in the field of media, entertainment, and the BPO industry in the Philippines for over 25 years where I was able to utilise and enhance my English speaking skills.
Right now, I am in Japan with my family where I currently work as an English teacher for an eikaiwa school in Kariya.

I am a father of 2 wonderful boys and I play the guitar and the bass guitar and I also create my own music.
